1. Eligibility Window
- Monthly plans: requests submitted within 7 calendar days of initial charge.
- Annual plans: requests submitted within 14 calendar days of initial charge.
- Renewal-cycle disputes must be filed within 7 calendar days of renewal charge.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Usage outside the eligible window.
- Charges tied to policy abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
- Third-party processor or banking fees outside Qume control.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send billing email, account identifier, charge date, and reason to billing@qume.ai.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days. Financial institutions may require additional posting time.
